In the second part of a two-part episode, Chef Ramsay is back in the North End of Boston, hoping to snap sisters Rita and Lisa out of their state of denial. When Ramsay forces them to confront their staff about their shortcomings and take back control of their restaurant, a full-blown feud erupts, causing one server to leave.
